See, frankly you don't really need any separate preparation for MUOET. The syllabus is same as that of 11th and 12th. Since you have an idea what exactly is in the portion, all you need is a practice to solve the problems as fast as possible and keeping the formulae be it physics or chemistry or math, handy. And yes, it also has English, a basic overview of English topics shall help, that's where you can score easily.

See that the subjects are not separately set in the paper. As in, a physics question can be followed by a math question followed by English. What's important is using as less time as possible for every question.
