Set a goal first of finishing the full portion first. Study as long as you can and also you've to be regular with your studies as well. You also need to select and use best of the books for entrance examinations. Some good books that I can suggest you are Chemistry Complete Guide and Chemistry MSC Entrance Preparations by Khanna Examinations.

You should focus on understanding the topics as rote learning does not help much in Chemistry. Questions will be based on Understanding of concepts which you have learned in your Bachelor's degree course.
