Hi,
According to the Notice of TSCHE c andidates have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.800/ - (and Rs.500/-in case of SC/ST) at the time of certificate verification. The fee has to be paid at the counselling centre. I hope it helps!

Hi,As you can see in the Notice of TSCHE that they haven't mentioned, so only those who have participated in the process can tell you that. Most probably it should be done in the offline mode but for being in the safer side be prepared for online payment. I hope it helps!
