If you want to score 500+ marks then your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly,after that you can opt for some reference books for practising like for biology you can opt trueman of biology,mtg,allen module,for chemistry you can opt mtg,allen module,ABC chemistry,for physics you can opt allen module,mtg,universal,grb,don't opt too many books,opt any one book and solve them multiple times.Try to practise questions as much as you can,you can solve previous years paper or sample papers,it will increase your speed of solving questions.i hope this information helps you.
