It is difficult to say that 500 is a safe score to fetch a government medical college seat as cut off changes every year and this year the cut off is expected to go mush higher because of the level of examination. There are tough chances of getting the medical seat with your score this year even under state quota, you may apply for private or dental colleges with the sureshot chances of getting college.
