Since you are in 11th you have got adequate time for studies. What you need to do is conceptual reading and understanding of all three subjects. And rather more of physics ( its the toughest subject for neet and aiims). Another most important thing is you need to solve atleast 50 questions of each subject(PCB). Scoring 600+ in NEET is not that difficult if vigorous practice and dedication is there.

So, you need to plan accordingly like. Make sure that your practice in the end stages fetches you close to 150 MCQs correct. To be on a safer side you may attempt 165 and get 5-10 MCQs wrong. You should also decide how much to attempt and score subject-wise based on your strengths and weaknesses.

Getting a MCQ correct in Biology is much easier than in Physics and Chemistry provided that you are thorough with NCERT and atleast one good Biology Book. So Biology could be your soft-target. For getting MCQs correct in Physics and Chemistry you need meticulous practice.”

So, basically your ability should be such that you are able to get atleast 155 MCQs correct in NEET.

You need to be thorough with NCERT. Plus solve problems through advance book which could be study material from any coaching or Arihant or ither available books in market.
