To prepare Inorganic Chemistry for NEET focus on preparing your basic concepts from NCERT at first.

Other than that you can use the following books which have been proved to be usefull for NEET preparation- Modern   Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee. You can practice  using the books- Dinesh Chemistry Guide,   Practise books by VK Jaiswal (Inorganic).

Making notes while you study helps a lot to retain things. You can also use these so that you can revise quickly later. Other than thay make sure that you practice using sample papers and mock tests too.
