Hi Adarsh, hope you are doing well, for VITEEE study all the basics only from the syllabus of VITEEE, once you are done with that start your preparation of BITS. For the preparation of BITS, you must include NCERT exemplary problems and NCERT textbook and simultaneously keep solving previous year BITSAT papers. BITSAT is purely based on speed, so you must work hard all these days to improve your speed and be strong in basics, then you will be able to crack either of the exams.
