The thing is your admission to 11th standard depends on your 10th standard result. Considering your percentage or CG you can join different institutes. It will be merit based. For commerce , you need to apply for commerce part and start applying for different schools. By this procedure an other school student can also join an institution. This is how the admission process works. There are even reservation policy for OBC, SC and ST category candidates.
