Okay a quick follow up since i missed out that doc verification will be online, Just upload the documents online.No ARC involved or visiting colleges. 

Dear  aspirant,

Now that you've completed the first stage of registration for colleges throught UPSEE, the next stage is to visit a nearby ARC to verify you 12th passing certificate with the uploaded one online. If you have uploaded documents online then take those same documents and visit the nearby arc centre. A college near you will be set up as an arc. In case you do not know which college is set up as an arc then ask you college office staff they will have all the info you need. 

The document verification procedure must be completed by 3rd of july 12 noon

Then the 3rd procedure is to select you options which college you'd want etc etc complete this by 4th of july 9 am

The three procedures i've descibed are the most important and can be done all from home except the document verification process for that you must visit an arc.However finish the preparation of the college preference list after you finish uploading the documents necessary and when you are free visit the arc to get the documents stamped before 3rd july
