Hello aspirant, congratulations on your rank. Based on your rank I would like to to tell you that you cannot get a seat in JMI if you apply for the six rounds. However, you may get a seat in Civil Engineering, Electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

Vikas, there are various ways to take admission in JMI. It can be done through JMI entrance tests, or from the rank of other entrances like JEE, NEET, GATE etc. And as for your admission, if you are having in between 40–50 marks in GATE then go for it. They consider..

• 70% value of Gate Score.
• 15% value of Entrance Test.
• 15% value of Interview.

I can't tell you the exact cutoffs because JMI never discloses it.

The answer to your question is yes, You can get a seat in Jamia Millia Islamia Delhi but not in the regular rounds of counselling,
Probably you would get admission in second spot round.
You can get branches like Civil, ECE, EE, Mechanical.
