Procedure is like :
First you have to clear jee mains with a good rank.
Than when your rank will come out after the result you have to apply for josaa counseling nearly in mid June .
After that if you allot seat according to your filled preference and rank you have to go for verification.
And admission and allotment of seat will be based on the ranking and your ranking will be based upon your percentile score and percentile score will be depend upon your comparative score and number of students .
So all things are interlinked.

You have to appear in counselling procedure which will take place after result of Jee advanced is declared.

For JEE mains, The cut off for every college is generally done on the basis of the rank given to the candidates only. This rank will be given after both the exams have taken place. According to the percentile of the students in both the attempts, the ranks will be given.

According to last year cutoff your marks should be above 250 for CSE in IIIT Hyderabad.This year there is no marks system till now so they may take according to percentile system and if JEE declare marks whose possibility is quite low then they take according to marks.
