How will the cutoff rank for electrical and mechanical increase in wbjee 2019 due to implementation of 90% domicile?

Yes it is obvious that the cutoff will increase due to the implementation of the 90% domicile because if they are to take 90% of the domicile candidates then they will have to increase the cutoff because 90 percentile of West Bengal students donot fit into the previous year cutoff as a huge number of non domicile holders give this examination and get good ranks as well which means that the cutoff of the non domicile holders will reduce in ranks .

Can i get mechanical in jadavpur with 834 rank in wbjee with general  home state domicile?
