Hello

The present domicile rule states that either candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS colleges must be domicile of West Bengal for atleast 10 years or their parents must have been permanent residents of West Bengal. So if you have a permanent address proof in West Bengal you will get the domicile for West Bengal.
