You cna take admission in hindu or hansraj college through merit basis or entrance basis which is mandatory for some of the courses only. most of the courses admission are done on the basis of merit only that is your score of 10+2.

Hindu college , New delhi as well as Hansraj college , New delhi are the top notch colleges in Delhi as well as in india. For pursuing bachelor's from them you need to have a good aggregate in your class 12th boards as they are purely based on merit . Onthe other hand for pusruing Master's they have entrances for which you can apply and appear for.
