    Hindu College, Delhi Admission Process

    Hindu College Admission - The institute offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate level courses in the field of commerce, arts, science etc. Hindu College admission to undergraduate courses is based on the marks obtained by candidates in the last qualified examination (10+2). On the other side, admission to postgraduate courses is done via two ways. Hindu College admission  to postgraduate courses is given based on the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) score and merit of the last qualifying exam. In PG courses, 50% of students are admitted by entrance exam and the remaining 50% are filled by merit. The merit based seats are only reserved for students who have completed their graduation from Delhi University. 

    For Hindu College admissions, firstly candidates need to register on the Delhi University admission portal. The registration is done via online mode. The merit list for both UG and PG courses is calculated on the basis of students' marks in the last qualifying examination.

    Hindu College Admission Process- Undergraduate Courses

    • Firstly, the candidates need to register on the Delhi University online admission portal. 

    • Fill the application form and submit the form. 

    • Admission to UG courses will be based on the marks obtained in the 12th standard.

    • Next, Hindu College cutoff will be released. 

    • Candidates best of four subjects marks will be calculated for admission.

    Hindu College Admission- Postgraduate Courses

    Hindu College offers 13 postgraduate courses. There are two ways to secure admission in post graduation courses i.e. DUET entrance exam and merit based. Merit based seats are only reserved for students who have pursued their bachelor degree from University of Delhi (DU). Some of the popular postgraduate programmes are MCom, MA English, MA History, MSc Physics, MSc Botany etc.

    Hindu College Admission Process- Postgraduate Courses (Merit Based)

    • Candidates are required to online on the Delhi University admission portal and submit the application form.

    • The merit based admission in PG courses is offered to DU graduates only.

    • Next, DU will release a cutoff on the basis of marks obtained by students in the bachelor degree. 

    • Candidates to whom Hindu College is allotted need to report to the institute. 

    • The last step is filling Hindu College admission form, submitting documents and paying fees.
