You haven't mentioned your All India Rank or Category. During Mop up round, the ESIC Colleges, Deemed/Central Universities will fill up their seats. Now if you haven't been able to get a seat in Round 1 or Round 2, you can also appear for mop up counselling. You needn't register again but during the mop up registration phase, login with your credentials and then change your priorities to Deemed Universities and make the remaining payment as security deposit and then you will be able to select Deemed Universities as your choices in Mop up round.
