Yes you can apply with the old documents you have right now but do carry the original and the new certificate at the time of admissions. Nobody matches your documents with the old one but will check then and there itself whether the documents are original or not. At the time of admissions they check the documents all again and approves only those which are correct. So don't wait for your new certificate to come and apply with the one you have before the last day of registrations.
