Vellore Institute of Technology has four campuses in India. At Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amaravati.
With your rank of 1,20,000 in VITEEE 2019 you would not get a seat for any branch at Vellore and Chennai campuses.

**Candidates with rank 1,25,001 to 1,50,000 in VITEEE are eligible for admission in VIT Bhopal only.

So if you've exactly 1,20,000 rank in VITEEE 2019 you can only get into Amaravati campus. But you won't get branch like Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication engineering.
