All 3 are great choices. As far geology or geography is concerned for BSc courses you will be mostly admitted based on your 12th marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics. It is for masters that you may have entrances and if you are planning to go abroad for bachelors then you will have to check the official website of the university you choose for information but you will sure need good score in TOEFL and IELTS.

Coming to astrophysics, you won't be specializing at ug level so it is best that you take B.Sc in Maths or Physics from a highly reputed institution of your choice or an engineering degree in electrical,electronics or any branch and later go for masters in astrophysics specialization for which you will have entrances. Indian Institute of Astrophysics is there as an option for masters and other options are Punjabi University, Patiala, Osmania University, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU)Indian Institute of Science, Madurai Kamaraj University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Roorkee etc.
