Hello jatin,
Why are you getting so confused you have to fill the school name in which you are studying and the address of the school .what is the confusion in that?

In private candidacy you don't go to school. We're asking what should we put in school name and address.

you should give previous school name and address in which you have studied and you will give roll number which is given to you by cbse...for more details you can raise this query through the email to jee mains officials....i hope you got it!
