Hello shivam! you can give your private school name and rollno affliated to you. The school should be affliated to board like CBSE.

There is no name given to private candidate of school because they are appearing for improvement without any school

Hello Shivam,
You should give the previous school name and address in which you have studied, and you have to give roll number also which is given to you by CBSE.
