I am 12th private condition and applying for jee main.so what I fill in 12th school name,type of school and address

Hello, if you are studying in class 12th from a private school you need to know the school board whether it's CBSE, ICSE, or any other state board. In name option you have to fill the school name, types means board and address of the school where you are going to attend classes.
