Dear Ashish, you need to be 17 atleast by December 31st of the year of admission. For example, if you want to attepmt NEET in 2020, you need to be 17 years old atleast by December 31st of 2020. If you are underaged, your application will be rejected by NTA. You will not be even eligible to appear for NEET.
