Dear Ashish, you need to be 17 atleast by December 31st of the year of admission. For example, if you want to attepmt NEET in 2020, you need to be 17 years old atleast by December 31st of 2020. If you are underaged, your application will be rejected by NTA. You will not be even eligible to appear for NEET.

Hope you are doing well. As per your query for appearing for NEET one needs to be born before or on December 31,2003. And you can give neet if you are turning 16 years this Feb.
