Hello,

Yes, you can apply for NIOS, it conducts exams twice a year in the month of April/May and October/November, there's also a facility of On-Demand Examination, as examination happends biannually so based on that you can take admission accordingly, for more detailed information please visit the official website at https://nios.ac.in/student-information-section/admission-procedure.aspx
