Lower age limit should be at least 17 years old as on admission or as on 31st December of year of admission.

In 2017, CBSE had imposed an upper age limit cap on the applicants. As per the initial notice of CBSE NEET 2017, candidates above 25 years of age were not eligible to apply. This age limit, however, was later WITHDRAWN after SC intervention.

It is EXPECTED that CBSE would not have an upper age limit.
