See age is definitely not a barrier for pursuing MAN with such a good experience but still.I Will recommend you to do EXECUTIVE MBA instead of PGP because when  it comes to the time of placement, companies prefer youngsters rather than high work experience students.

I am currently in 2nd year of IIM Kozhikode. And my junior batch intern placements finished yesterday. Among them one of the student is also old with age 40 years. He is doing PGP but didn't got any offer during internship and needed to sign out in the end.

So I will recommend you to do eexecutive MBA from a premier reputated college. This program is essentially made for high work experience students and will definitely help you to grow your career without any barrier.

Age is not a barrier to do MBA but as you are more than 30 years old and by the time you complete your MBA you will be more can 32 years old so what I would prefer that is your going for MBA you should be doing it from either IIMs, FMS, IIFT another Top B schools. You should not be going which tier 3 type of colleges but only the top notch ones .
