The Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) is one of the best options for the doctors who are willing to work as a doctor for the army.

The upper limit is 45 years for the interested people and and the candidate must possess a minimum of medical qualification of an Indian University/foreign medical qualification identified by Medical Counsil of India .

Recruitment is through PC and SSC which are allocated 50% each after graduation from Armed Forces Medical College.
