As you said you are in the BCom 2nd year so for getting bank job you will have to prepare for the various bank exam as earlier as possible if you want direct bank job after the  completion of your BCom.
Basically there are two type of bank jobs:

• Private sector bank jobs.
• public sector bank jobs.

In  public sector bank job, you can be at the various positions which are listed below:

• Clerk/assistant.
• Officers/probationary officers.
• Specialist officer.

there are various bank exam for which you can prepare by simply just analysing their syllabus:

• SBI PO/SO Exam.
• IBPS PO/SO/Clerk exam
• Independent exams conducted by EXIM,ECGC and RBI.

But along with this you will have to be updated with the latest news of the bank job vacancies by simply going on their websites.
After completing your BCom you can just apply for the internship in the bank as a fresher for empowering your resume.
