There are many aspects for changing the direction of someone career whether related to studies or skills. For a person who doesn't have any skills required in today's world then it would be difficult to find the best job. With skills and low marks, it is also a big problem because the candidate will be barred from a test conducted by the companies or tech giants and MNCs.

Doing MBA will be a great option for you as you've mentioned that. No, backlogs will not create a problem but a mark sheet with star signs creates an impact. There might be some problems during admission so try to give entrance exams and do your best in that.
