Dear Nabanita, you haven't mentioned your subjects in B.Sc. Ideally for appearing in AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination, you should have passed your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as your core subjects. So even if you have completed your B.Sc, you have to apply for AIIMS MBBS based on your 10+2 criteria. Your qualidying exam will be 10+2.
