Greetings aspirant!

You are required to put up your latest character certificate i.e the last intuition you attended. If your last institution you studied in was college than you are required to submit character certificate from college.

More documents which are important for admission through neet are :-

Admit card.
NEET 2019 Result/Rank Letter.
Birth Certificate.
Class X Certificate.
Class XII certificate.
Class XII Marksheet.
Passport size photographs
Identify proof
Category certificate if any.
