Yes you are definitely eligible for NEET ,for neet your qualification criteria is just Candidates must have qualified Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English as subjects.
Candidates appearing for their class 12 or equivalent are also eligible to appear for the exam.

then what should be my qualifying examination code ? i am totally struck there
I am confused if i am even eligible for this or if i am then what should be my code ?

please see the codes 1st.
or if you can't access to the codes then tell me i will copy and paste that here

i am not very grate in English and translation those in hindi isn't working either for me
