Yes a commerce Student can apply for Visual communication and one neee to have good score. Some colleges have their own entrance exams and so based upon your region you can choose college and prepare for its entrance.

Also start developing necessary skills which will help you. Visual communication programme demands the innovative skills of students.

as per eligibility criteria for B.Sc visual communication candidate must have done their 10+2 from recognized board with science stream subjects such as physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics and english and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in 10+2 grade and there is a 5 percent of relaxation for SC.ST candidate that is 45 percent .

so according to that you are not eligible for the same
