Hi Nitish, Would like to bring to your notice that SCRA conducted by UPSC has been discontinued since 2016. However if you wish to pursue Indian Railway Services of Mechanical Engineering you need to apper for the Engineer Services Examination. To read more abot the ESE please check the link below
