You should focus on one book only now otherwise you will get confused if you can make your concepts with this its good and you should continue this.
Many students dont read davidson but it doesnt matter in mbbs prof exams
But for pg purpose you should have some knowledge with standard book as they ask direct tables, diagrams, text from standard books only and for that purpose Harrison is more standard but it's not possible to complete harrison in just a year
So role of davidson comes, but what people usually do is they take help of some coachings institutes for important topics of davidson which helps equally in pg exams. You can make important topic list from previous year papers in neet pg and then read only that text from Davidson or take the help of coachings they will give you all the material related to pg.
So no need to worry
