I am a 3rd year mbbs student...I get around 400 in full mock text of entire 4 year subs ,will I be able to get top rank in aiims in 2 yrs?

I think you're getting quite good marks already and you should just try to do better and better. I'm sure if you're consistent with your dedication and work hard always in this same way, you will absolutely get one of the top ranks in Aiims.
