For 66,000 rabk in jee mains ,being from open category it ia very difficult to get a seat in an Nit,Iiit or Gfti's. However you can try your luck in the councelling process. You can appear for the state level councelling and give every option for your state Nit.

You can also try for the private institutes which intake students on the basis of their mains rank.

Nowadays the competitions are increasing very much in JEE mains and you have to get a good rank if you are from a general category to get a seat into any NIT or IIIT.

Now as you have secured 66000 in jee mains from your general category then it is quite impossible for you to get any seat in any NIT or IIIT for in top GFTIs.
For getting a seat into any NIT you must have to secure under 30000 rank from general category and under 55000 for any good gftis.

Now as you belong from Andhra Pradesh, then still by applying your home state quota you can not get any branch of NIT Andhra Pradesh.

Last year in 2019 the highest closing rank recorded in NIT Andhra Pradesh was in biotechnology branch and it was 41998 from home state quota.

So there is no chance that you can get NIT Andhra Pradesh or any other nit. You should better try at some other colleges.
