I got 90.87 percentile in jee mains January 2020 .As i am an General category( no EWS) student .In which nit I can get seat and what is the expected rank in general category?

As your percentile is 90.87 your rank will be around 82k and with this rank you have very less chance of getting any NIT from EWS. For border NITs in spot round cutoffs are low so you may try for that though spot round is not sure thing but you may go for it.
