That is quite a tricky situation you are in. If you are a Management student, try talking to the administration if you can only appear for the exams as you have landed yourself with a Government job. It might work for you. On the other hand, every course has a certain time period during which you need to complete the course, It is usually after 2 years longer than the duration of the course. So even if you do not immediately complete the course, you still have time. Meanwhile most Government organisations allow you to take leave to complete your studies and come back and join the duty. Please check the feasibility of this option as well.
