To study abroad , you will have to take GRE to apply for any good foreign universities. However if you score high enough , you might get a scholarship for masters. You can also look around for jobs/interviews while you're at it to cover the cost of your studies and living.

I would say, it totally depend on your choice and interset.

If you are passionate and want to enter in Business line then its MBA or else if you want to work in your line, go for MS.

Both have equal amount of scope It all depends on what and where from you do it,.

Doing MBA From TIER 1,2 B school with Ops as major will definitely benefit you from your work ex and consistent grade.

MBA with Tier1,2 cost 20lac approx woith ROI avg 12L.

While, MS may cost you even more abroad due to depreciating rupee and ROI may didfer on what college you do.
