Basically.... U should not go to college... It will be just waste of money (but thats not problem if its yours and not loaned) and resources (that must not be wasted on you..... Look buddy i m going really harsh but after 4 years in any college u gonna get at this stage... U r not getting job after that..... So if u r thoughtfull enough... Just drop the idea for college and do some sort of business..... If u love computers nd all.... Go for some private language coaching or web designing....
Seriouly.... I have some people in my circle... Who r making shitload of money out of this web designing this..... U should check for other options too..... Don't be angry for my opinion... But its true... U r fu**ed up at this stage...!!     

You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state studnets in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
