Hello,

Don't worry, you will get duplicate copy of your registration from MCI. You have to FIR complain for missing your registration. And provide some documents to MCI getting duplicate registration. They are-

• Handwritten application.
• Registration fee i.e. a DD .
• Attested photocopy of permanent registration certificate.
• F.I.R. in original.
• An affidavit.
• Attested photocopy of date of birth certificate.
• Two passport size photographs.

Above all documents submit to the MCI and apply for duplicate copy. You will get your registration.
