First of all, congratulations for securing a percentile that is quite high to make you eligible for participating in JEE Main Counselling Sessions (JoSAA and CSAB Counselling)  and qualify for applying and attempting  JEE Advanced. Last Year, Qualifying Marks for JEE Main was 50.1760245 for SC candidates.

Now, your next question is whether you will get any NIT for pursuing CSE. Based on your percentile your CRL-AIR should end up somewhere around 195802 - 220110 while your category rank may be within the range of 5706 - 6126 ( may vary from actual). As per previous years' data and your rank and caste, it will be difficult for you to grab a seat in few branches of NIT but getting chance to pursue CSE from NITs owing to this performance has low probability .

Surely you have chances of clearing the Jee Main exam 2021. As the predicted cutoff for scheduled caste (SC) this year is predicted to lie in between 50-55 percentile. However these are merely predictions, but still your percentile is decent and surely you will be able to sit in the Jee Advanced Exam 2021.

You will clear the exam, but your percentile is not enough to get into NITs. However you can get other colleges like:

1. IIIT Delhi (last rounds)
2. GKV Haridwar
3. Netaji Subhas Unversity of Technology
4. GGU, Bilaspur
5. Indian Institute of Carpet Technology
