IIT's are the best to do M.Tech in India and therefore if we consider previous years GATE cutoff for chemical engineering, you may get old IIT's for your Mtech.

Here I am suggesting some of the IIT's that you might consider

• IIT Roorkee
• IIT Delhi
• IIT Kharagpur
• IIT BHU
• IIT Guwahati
• ISM Dhanbad
• IIT Bombay
• IIT Kanpur

Wait for the institutes to release the cutoff and then accordingly go for the college you wish to go.
