Yes, You can apply for CLAT 2021 exam while appearing in 12th class but you have to show the evidence of successfully completed the 12th class with minimum percentage 45% at the time of counselling  failing which will lead to lose your admission and also there is no age limit for CLAT 2021.For more information click below

Yes, you can fill CLAT form in this year . I am also appearing 12 board exam this  year and I filled the CLAT form  .
