People crack JEE in just 2 - 3 months of their preparation.

You still have your 1 year (class 12) and can also get an additional year if you decide to drop.
As per my experiences, one year is not enough for most of the people to score good marks in jee advance but you can do well for jee mains in one year.
But it all depends on how well you manage your time and dedicate that time to studies.
Always remember,  " Nothing is impossible "

Ok well as you are in class 11 now and it's almost going to complete in 2-3 months ,you still have chance of fetching a decent score and rank in jee. But what you need to do is to be sincere and devoted in your class 12.Better I would suggest to join any coaching institute 's one year program and they will prepare you for yourJEE and boards as well.Do not lose hope dear, JEE can be cracked in a year, trust me ,and I am the example for that,not only me ,thousands of students clear it in the duration of 1 year serious preparation and so you can.
Study hard ,a seat in IIT is waiting for you....

Absolutely. I'm saying this from experience. I was able to score 164 marks in Jee mains 2015 with just three months of preparation. I'm not recommending that, and there are descriptive answers here, so I'm just telling you, YOU CAN!

Yes you can Sangita. Most of my friends prepare for jee main in 1 year and some of them score very good and get admission at NITs. But you should work hard. Hardwork is the only key of success. The jee main is not much difficult. If your concepts are clear than you can crack it easily. Work hard constantly and achieve what you want.

Don't worry, you are in much better position the half of India. I'll advice you to start working for your goal, people crack jee advance in a year so be positive. Start studying for 12th which will help you in jee and boards so you'll get enough time to prepare for 11th part of jee during jan Feb next year. And do work for 11th side by side, I mean small concepts can give you lot better results. So, you can still get 200+ score easily.

Yes absolutely, you must go for it. But you need to work hard for it as JEE is hard.

I would recommend you to go for JEE because most of the colleges take admissions through JEE exam. Also at the time of examination you can also give the GUJCET exam, as you would have already prepared for the same during JEE preparation.
PS: Don't worry that you have not studied about JEE for around 1 year. If you will start the course now also, you can crack JEE.
