Hey,
ECE is a branch with broad spectrum of opportunities. No other branch offers you this. ECE students can almost apply in any specialization except Civil Engg. Many of my friends are persuing MS in CSE after B.tech in ECE. Many US universities consider this ( B.Tech in ECE+ MS in CSE) as a best combination (like colorado state university, Ohio state university etc.).

Go ahead without any worry.
