MBC is a sub Category of OBC. But while filling NEET application form, NTA did mention that only those Candidates whose Community falls under Central OBC list can avail OBC reservation and the rest have to select General as their Caategory. So if your community within MBC comes under Central OBC list, then you can avail OBC reservation or else, it will be General Category.
