I am an obc-ncl candidate and I have got 77.0871953% in my jee mains 2020 would I get a chance to get sit in IIT or NIT and also in government engneering college (names)?

Hi

With that percentile you have very less chances to get to get NITs and IIITs.But still as you are in OBC-NCL category so there would be some chances but you have to satisfy with a very low NIT or IIT with very poor branch.
